It's crucial to select the correct tension ring size for optimal comfort and performance.
For intercourse we recommend starting with a larger size and working your way down until you find a ring that provides a secure fit maintaining an erection without causing discomfort.
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the tension ring and the base of the penis.
Place the lubricated tension ring, which is attached to the vacuum tube, over/onto the head of the non-erect penis.
Proceed with full stroke pumping actions for maximum efficiency and quiet operation.
The penis will smoothly be pulled through the tension ring into the tube.
While the erection generates, press the tube firmly against the body and continue pumping until a satisfactory erection has been created.
Ensure the ring is positioned comfortably and remove the tube by gently squeezing down on the tension ring.
